The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The hotel provides a spa center, offering relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day of sightseeing. Guests can also easily access the city center within a 5-minute metro ride. The hotel ensures a safe and hassle-free experience by offering guidance on avoiding abusive taxis.
One area of improvement could be the variety of food options available, as mentioned in a review.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I needed to catch a bus to Veliko Tarnovo, and it was very close to the bus station. It was also just a short walk or tram ride to all the main attractions and the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the room and the facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of options from yogurt and cereals to fresh bread and bacon. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
No issues.

The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The spa complex was a highlight, with a spacious swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. The staff were friendly. Our room was big, clean, and well-equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and complementary water. We also appreciated the option to request a food box for our early departure.
