I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I needed to catch a bus to Veliko Tarnovo, and it was very close to the bus station. It was also just a short walk or tram ride to all the main attractions and the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the room and the facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of options from yogurt and cereals to fresh bread and bacon. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is not suitable for families.

The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The spa complex was a highlight, with a spacious swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. The staff were friendly. Our room was big, clean, and well-equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and complementary water. We also appreciated the option to request a food box for our early departure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is good and diversified. Nice facilities including gym, sauna, and pool. Cozy beautiful room with comfortable beds and smooth linens. Accommodating and friendly staff.
